The Wiltshire School of Gymnastics are seeking additional staff
 
Head Coach / Club Manager
The WSG is one of the premier gymnastic clubs in the South West. This well established club offers high standards of coaching on every level from Pre-School Gym to High Performance Competitive Squads.
With plans and funding in place for major expansion WSG are offering a new senior management role to an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated candidate with a vision for the future.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a Level 3 coaching qualification and have experience of working at this level or above. The successful candidate must have the ability to lead, communicate and manage our existing team and have the skills to develop the club in its future expansion leading to increased numbers of staff and gymnasts. Responsibilities will include the day to day management of the club, its staff and the coaching development programme whilst reporting to the board of Trustees.
 
High Performance Coach
Due to imminent expansion the WSG also requires an additional Level 5 coach with responsibility for the development of the Women’s Artistic competitive squad. Candidates will be considered who hold a minimum of a Level 4 Women's Artistic coaching qualification and have experience of working at this level or above.
The successful candidate will have excellent motivational and supporting skills, committed to the development of gymnasts to a high competition standard. Up to date knowledge of the British Competition System is required.
 
Level 1, 2 & 3 Coaching Staff
The Wiltshire School of Gymnastics currently has large waiting lists for all disciplines in boys and girls gymnastics. With a new extension planned and financed the club needs coaching staff at all levels to join its friendly committed and successful team.
Full time and Part Time roles are available for suitable candidates.
 
The Wiltshire School of Gymnastics is included in the 2012 Pre-Games Training Guide and has achieved the ‘GymMark’ status.
 
Salaries are by agreement which will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
